Question 1

What kinds of tenders are listed on Pactloom?

Accepted Answer

Pactloom brings together public procurement opportunities from procurement portals, agency websites, tender PDFs, and local official sources. We make notices easier to find and understand, but the official notice remains the source of truth for requirements, deadlines, and updates.

Question 2

What is a fit score, and how is it calculated?

Accepted Answer

A fit score compares your signed-in company profile with a tender’s category, size-band, and certification signals. Category contributes 40 points, size band 30, and certifications 30. If a tender does not state a size or certification requirement, you receive full credit for that factor. You need a usable company profile and a tender category to receive a score. It helps you prioritise; it does not predict an award.

Question 3

How does the bid workspace work?

Accepted Answer

After you sign in, track a tender to open its bid workspace. The workspace keeps the bid status, checklist, draft, clarification questions, and other next steps together so you can move from first review toward submission without losing the thread.

Question 4

Who can see my saved tenders and private notes?

Accepted Answer

Saved tenders and private notes are scoped to your signed-in account. They are not public and are not shown to other contractors. Pactloom uses them to give you your own shortlist, bid history, and working context when you return.

Question 5

How do I manage the weekly digest?

Accepted Answer

Open /account to choose the tender categories and delivery cadence for your alerts, then save your preferences. Select the weekly option for a Monday digest, or leave categories unchecked to pause alerts. Use Send test alert to check what your current preferences produce without changing your scheduled delivery history.

Question 6

Who should I contact if I need account help?

Accepted Answer

Use the Pactloom contact and early-access section on the home page at /#contact. Tell us what you need help with and the account email you use, but never include your password. We can help with access, company details, alerts, and questions about using Pactloom.
